The site I found www.Traegardener.com  was easy to navigate thru , some simple questions produced available properties in the range , square footage I sought. Further to my amazement , the principal associated with Internet site "contacted me by Internet, followed phone, and starting making arrangements for self to see properties less than 24 hours of my arrival in DFW metroplex. 10/2007 Trae Gardner began helping us find our dream home 9 months before we actually purchased.  His technical abilities allowed us to find homes that fit our criteria from the comfort of our own home.  With 3 children, that service could not have been more useful.  Trae has experience in buying homes for himself as he had been buying and rehabing homes throughout the year.  This experience helped him spot potential pitfalls in potential properties before we considered making and offer on the home.  His ability to do background research on the property, owners, and the other Realtors was very useful when it came to negotiating the contract.  He even negotiated the tractor and brushhog for us. Trae walked through muddy pastures, riverbeads, and thick woods in helping us find the perfect home.  He even looked after our children while my wife and I discussed the possibilities of each property.  As a Financial Planner, I didn't have a lot of time to drive around and look at properties.  Trae made himself available at a moments notice.  I could not have asked for a better all around real estate professional. 07/2008 My husband and I bought a house in June 2008 with the help of Trae. The first few moments of meeting him and I thought he was just like any other Realtor -- except maybe younger. But after those five minutes my husband and I both realized that there was something different about Trae, He did not follow us around the house and I never got the feeling he was trying to make a sale regardless of what we wanted. He asked a lot of questions; some about what kind of house we wanted, but most about what kind of people we are. He really made an effort to get to know us and I never doubted that he was always looking out for our best interests. Even as we were entered the closing process, Trae was there to listen, reassure and support us. We looked at a lot of different houses and at every single one Trae spent a good amount of time looking for major repair issues and it was very easy to tell that he knows this business.
